2. Scope & Roles
Depending on how you use the platform:

- Crowdfunding details: project descriptions, funding goals, reward tiers, campaign updates, survey responses.
- Transaction data: purchases, pledges, subscriptions, order details, refund requests.
- Support & communications: messages to support, content of emails, feedback forms, reports of abuse.
3.2 Payment & payout information
- We use third-party payment processors and partners (e.g., card processors, digital wallets, banking intermediaries) to handle payments, pledges, and payouts.
- These providers collect and process card numbers, bank details, and other financial data on our behalf. We generally receive only limited information (e.g., last four digits of card, token, transaction status).
3.3 Automatically collected information
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, app version, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring/exit URLs.
