REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) describes how refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and related financial remedies are handled across the Aeon Infinite Platform, including digital content purchases, creator crowdfunding campaigns, and marketplace service transactions.
This Policy applies to all Users, including Buyers, Backers, Creators, and Service Providers.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and our Vendor & Creator Agreement.
1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES
Refund availability depends on:
-
The type of transaction (crowdfunding, marketplace service, subscription, digital content)
-
Timing of the request
-
Whether delivery has occurred
-
Applicable federal and Tennessee law
Aeon Infinite aims to maintain fairness while preventing fraud and protecting creators, vendors, and buyers alike.
All requests must be submitted to legal@aeoninfinite.com if they cannot be resolved through built-in tools.
2. CROWDFUNDING PLEDGE REFUNDS
Aeon Infinite hosts reward-based crowdfunding similar to Kickstarter.
This means:
2.1 While a Campaign is Live
Backers may cancel pledges at any time before a campaign closes.
2.2 If the Campaign Does Not Meet Its Goal
No funds are collected (or they are automatically refunded).
Backer pledges are void.

-
Funds are transferred to the creator
-
Refunds are not guaranteed

Issuing refunds (if voluntarily or legally required)
Aeon Infinite may intervene if:
